Lab °úÁ¤¿¡¼­´Â ¼ö°­ÀÚ º»ÀÎÀÇ »ùÇÿ¡ ´ëÇÑ 2-DE ºÐ¼® Àü °úÁ¤À» Á÷Á¢ ½Ç½ÃÇÏ°Ô µÇ¸ç, °­ÀǰúÁ¤À» ÅëÇØ¼­ proteomicsºÐ¼® ¹æ¹ýÀÇ ÀÌ·ÐÀû ¹è°æ ¹× ¹®Á¦Á¡ÀÇ ÇØ°á ¹æ¹ýÀ» ±³À°¹ÞÀ¸½Ç ¼ö ÀÖ½À´Ï´Ù. 2DE ºÐ¾ßÀÇ »õ·Î¿î °æÇâÀ¸·Î ÀÚ¸®ÀâÀº Narrow range 2DE¿Í DIGE ºÐ¼®¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ³»¿ëÀ» µéÀ¸½Ã°í, Free Flow Electrophoresis, ZOOM, Rotofor, MARC, IgY, ProteoPrep20 µîÀÇ prefractionation °úÁ¤°ú non 2DE ±â¹Ý ÀåºñµéÀÎ LC-MS/MS, LC-MALDI, PF2D, ¹× iTRAQ¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¼Ò°³¿Í demo ½ÇÇèÀ» ÅëÇØ, non 2-DE ±â¹ý¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀÀ¿ë °¡´É¼ºÀ» ¹Ì¸® °ËÅäÇϽñ⠹ٶø´Ï´Ù.
